All drivers must undergo a mandatory document verification process. While we take reasonable measures to ensure safety, including user ratings and identity verification, Poputi is not liable for the individual conduct of any user during a trip.

Payments for bookings are processed through integrated secure payment providers. Refund conditions are determined by the specific carrier's policy and are explicitly disclosed at the time of booking. Platform service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Poputi provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. We act solely as an intermediary and do not own, manage, or operate any vehicles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poputi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your privacy is paramount. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your information is handled.

All content, including logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Rohyob Group. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

We foster a community of respect. Users must communicate politely. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

You may not use the platform for any fraudulent activity, to distribute malware, or to solicit other users for services outside of the platform's intended purpose. Exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Economic Court of Dushanbe, Tajikistan. For international users, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
